Eww!
OK, I apologize for putting you guys through this. But there is an important weight loss lesson in here. Really!
30,000 calories in one sandwich is absolutely disgusting (at least I hope you think so too)!
But did you know you could be putting this number of calories into your body without even realizing it? This happens quite frequently during the year-end feasting season that happens between Christmas and New Year’s Day.
No, of course you wouldn’t be eating 30,000 calories in one sitting.
But yes, it’s quite likely that you’ll add a staggering number of calories to your intake… a little bit at a time. A party here and there, snacks, eggnog, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, ham, turkey, leftover food from last night’s party…
All these add up to a whole lot of “accidental” calorie intake.
So, before you pig out at the Christmas party (or parties!) or grab that extra little bit of in-between-meal snack, think of the 30,000-calorie sandwich, ok?

Holy Smokes! If that won’t derail your weight loss efforts, then nothing will. Just to drive home the point you’re trying to make here for your readers, think about this: To gain or lose 1 pound of fat you must consume or burn off 3500 calories.
Divide this 30,000 calorie sandwich by 3500. You should get 8.6 pounds. This means you coulld consume enough calories with this one sandwich to gain 8.6 pounds of nasty, unattractive fat!
Thanks so much for sharing the visual…I’m off for a 20 mile hike!
